In 2020, state-owned enterprises completed shareholding reform, and the construction of the Honghai carbon-neutral industrial base began. Projects during this phase include: Happy Bay, California International, Daxi Valley, Digital Media Center, Weifang Sports Park, Heze Exhibition Center, Wukesong Ice Hockey Rink, Longfor Future City, Darong Technology Center, Jinmao Sino-European International City, Sunac Xifa Film and Television Base, Shandong University Library, Kaiping Tower, Sino-British Industrial Park, Shijiazhuang Business District, Zhengzhou Party Style and Integrity Publicity and Education Base, Provincial Party School New Campus, Beijing Energy Service Center, Longfor Lightyear, and Dejian Century.
